Can I switch telematics providers without taking vehicles off the road?
Yes. We project manage the de-fit and re-fit around your operating schedule and coordinate with your suppliers, so replacement cycles cause minimal disruption to daily running. Alternatively, our OEM data offering allows you to consider switching with no operational downtown. Speak to us regarding the eligibility of your fleet for OEM data.
Do you support camera and video telematics?
Yes. Camera and video data is integrated into the same platform as the rest of your fleet data, so safety information sits alongside everything else rather than in a separate system.
What is the difference between OEM data and hardware telematics?
OEM data comes directly from the vehicle manufacturer and needs no installation. This data captures a rich detail of vehicle data that the vehicle reports. Hardware telematics captures everything else, from cameras to specialist sensors. TDS Ultra combines both.
Do I have to use one provider for all my telematics data?
