IMS Policy

TDS Ultra Limited IMS Policy

For TDS Ultra’s clients we extract and consolidate data sets and provide insights to make better decisions on their movement of people and vehicles in their day to day work. These insights save cost, reduce environmental resources expended and keep employees safer when travelling on business. For example 

  • Client A: We know the state of the vehicle and the state of mind of the employee / contractor
  • Client B: We know the total cost of moving a client from combustion engines to Electric based on real journeys they make.
  • Client C: We help clients to understand the daily risks of how the fleet is operating and calculate the total cost of ownership
  • Client D: We help team managers spot high risk driving behaviour and provide educational nudges in real time to keep employees safe.
  • Client D: We have replaced an entire channel partners core systems with a version of our own platform to run


TDS Ultra Ltd is here to provide its clients with the ‘Provision of data acquisition, data analysis, data transformation and data presentation solutions’.
TDS Ultra Ltd operates an IMS that has gained ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 certifications, including aspects specific to its Scope of Certification.

TDS Ultra Ltd aims to provide defect-free products and services to its customers on time and within budget.

TDS Ultra Ltd is committed to operating its business responsibly in fulfilment of its compliance obligations. It is the Organisation’s declared policy to operate with and maintain good relations with relevant regulatory bodies.

TDS Ultra Ltd has prepared and published an Information Security Policy and a suite of information security aspect-specific IS policies, held as part of this IMS, that should be used in conjunction with this overall IMS Policy. 

The Ultra Management Team (Company Directors) are committed to:

  • Develop and improve the IMS
  • Continually improve the effectiveness and performance of the Integrated Management System
  • The enhancement of customer satisfaction.

The Ultra Management Team (Company Directors) has a continuing commitment to:

  • Ensure that customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction
  • Understanding business information security requirements and the need to establish policy and objectives for information security
  • Implementing and operating controls in the context of managing the Organisation’s overall business risk
  • Monitoring and reviewing the performance and effectiveness of the IMS
  • Communicate throughout the Organisation the importance of meeting customer needs and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Establish the IMS Policy and to set IMS Objectives at relevant functions, levels and processes
  • Ensure that the IMS Management Reviews set and review the IMS Objectives, and report on the IMS Internal Audit results as a means of monitoring and measuring the processes and the effectiveness of the IMS
  • Ensure the availability of resources.


All employees of TDS Ultra understand the requirements of this IMS Policy and comply with the contents of the IMS. 

The Organisation constantly monitors its performance and implements improvements when appropriate via our ISMS Committee. This IMS Policy is regularly reviewed in order to ensure its continuing suitability. Copies of the IMS Policy are made to employees, customers, suppliers and parties helping us to improve how we run our business.
